“Let me just start by saying this company is amazing. I don’t live in an urban area and I’m at least twenty minutes from the closest town but Noemi came and met with me personally so I could show her around the house, she was warm and bubbly and very comforting, it made me feel like I had more of a friend than a stranger that would be in my house while I was away. She then left so I could get ready for work (I work nights and she accommodated to a night cleaning to help me with my schedule) and then came back again that night shortly after I left. When I walked in the house was spotless, I had been overwhelmed with the happenings of life and it was such a relief to just walk in to a clean house!!! What made it even better is I left little wax melts out and she changed those for me too so it smelled as good as it looked! Her pricing is so reasonable that I opted to have her come out every other week instead of once a month like I had originally planned. I highly recommend this company!!!“
“Before I learned about this company from a friend, I thought that my then current arrangement with another cleaning service was satisfactory. I can honestly say that I’m so glad that I decided to jump on board with Nowa Diamond Shine. The owner prides herself in ensuring that everything is cleaned to perfection and cares enough to ask me if her team is doing a great job in cleaning my home, which they definitely are. I initially tried out the service to gain the advantage of additional cleaning services that weren’t available to me with my past cleaning company (carpet cleaning, fridge cleaning, etc.), but I’ve also noticed that my house receives a more thorough and deeper cleaning as well! The first time my house was cleaned, a box of chocolates was sitting on my kitchen island as a gift (which I especially loved as I’m a chocoholic), which told me just how much the owner cares about her clients. She’s also very accommodating with your schedule on when you’d like your house cleaned and any requests you may have in regards to cleaning, not to mention the company’s services are priced very reasonably.
