I use NOWA diamond shine for two vacation rentals. Noemi is an absolute pleasure to work with. And we work with her a lot! She is one of the most responsive people. All of her employees are background checked which gives me peace of mind. When we have issues, which is totally normal with the amount of rentals we have), she addresses them immediately. She goes above and beyond to make sure things are left to my standards, and most importantly she is open to feedback to always improve. She reviewed all of our pictures of our property with her team to make sure they know just how we want things. We will only use Noemi because we trust her.
